Our policies are designed to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before availing our services.
Once a project is initiated with an advance payment, resources are allocated, and work begins immediately. Therefore, advance payments are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
If cancellation is requested within 3 days of payment and work has not yet started, a partial refund (70%) may be issued. Once the design/development phase has started, no refunds will be provided. If the project is delayed from the client’s side (e.g., lack of content, approvals), Ezizone is not responsible for refunds.
Since digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Ads, Social Media, etc.) require time and budget allocation, no refunds will be issued once campaigns are activated. If a cancellation request is made before campaign execution, a 50% refund of the unused service fee may be considered. Advertising costs already paid to third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.) are non-refundable.
For SaaS, API, or subscription-based services, payments are non-refundable once access is granted. Cancellation of subscriptions must be requested at least 7 days before renewal to avoid future charges.
Once final project files, credentials, or reports are delivered, the service will be considered completed and non-refundable. Any additional revisions or changes will be billed separately.
Ezizone will not be liable for refunds in case of delays or non-performance due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, etc.).
